Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Overview

We hope  you love and enjoy your new Curv eyewear.  Over a million riders, jumpers and more have found them the perfect sunglasses and goggles for their adventures.  In the unlikely event that they are not right for you, Curv, Inc. offers a 30-day refund policy. Any request for return and refund or exchange must be received within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags still attached. Items with tags removed are considered used and do not qualify for a refund.  This includes the lens decals and bridge or strap hangtags. The returned item must also be in the original packaging and include all original accessories such as the storage case.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original method of payment.  Credit card companies typically take 7-10 days to reflect the credit on your account. 

Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.


Gift Returns

If you were not the original purchaser, you are eligible for credit toward another item but not a refund.  Refunds are given to the original buyer via the original payment method only.  Please check out our full selection of sunglasses and goggles for one better suited to your needs and tastes.  


Shipping Returns

To return your product, you must first call us at 800-542-7850 for return authorization and instructions.  You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.


Pack the items securely in a shipping box in their original packing, including any protective pouches or boxes, along with a copy of the packing slip, receipt, or invoice. We recommend you use the original shipping box when possible. Send the return package to the address provided via phone or email when obtaining return approval.  We recommend that you use a shipper with tracking to ensure your package is received and your refund processed.


Returns for refund of Curv products purchased elsewhere

Returns for refunds of Curv products purchased from resellers (i.e., not purchased from must be returned to the original place of purchase following their independent return policy.
